IFTA Quarterly Filing
Current-quarter IFTA filed from your fuel and mileage records — no missed deadlines.
per report
$50
IFTA returns are due four times a year and reconcile the fuel tax you owe each state against the miles you drove there. This is the stay-current service — not reconstruction of missed quarters (see IFTA Catch-up for that). Send us your trip mileage by state and your fuel purchases, or your ELD and fuel-card exports, and we calculate the return at current tax rates and file it with your base jurisdiction before the deadline. It's $50 per quarterly report. If you've already fallen behind, IFTA Catch-up handles the reconstruction at $125 per quarter.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from IFTA Catch-up?
This files a current quarter on time. Catch-up reconstructs quarters you already missed, which is more work and priced at $125 per quarter.
What records do you need?
Miles driven per state and fuel purchases (gallons and state) for the quarter. ELD and fuel-card exports work great.
When are IFTA returns due?
April 30, July 31, October 31, and January 31 for the preceding quarter. Send records about a week ahead so we can file comfortably before the deadline.
