What we collect

We collect only what we need to deliver the services you buy:

• ●Account details — your name, email address, and a password we store only as a hash.
• ●Company details you give us for filings — company name, DOT/MC numbers, fleet size, and a contact phone number.
• ●Order and subscription records — what you purchased, the amount, and the status of the work.
• ●Support messages you send us by email, phone, or Telegram.

How we use it

To create and secure your portal account, complete the filings and services you order, send transactional email (order confirmations, invoices, renewal and cancellation notices), and answer support requests. We also keep the records we are required to retain as a service provider.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number never reaches our servers — we store only Stripe's identifiers, the amount, and the status, so your portal can show your order and payment history. Stripe's handling of card data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

Who else processes your data

We use a small number of providers strictly to run the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Neon (database hosting), and Cloudflare (site hosting). They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles, and we do not resell it in any form.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in to the customer portal, and your browser's local storage to remember your language choice. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep account and order records while your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email us and we'll respond.
